AT&T has an opening for a Senior Mobility Program Manager who will support upcoming FirstNet initiative at client (current FirstNet knowledge preferred). Candidate should have strong track record directly supporting a base of customers, and excellent customer relationship management and interpersonal skills to manage a large mobility program at large US Federal government agency.
Duties will include but not be limited to:
Provide day to day technical support of up to 10,000 mobile devices
Provide Tier 2 and Tier 3 support and technical support to end users and local IT staff as needed
Sub-administrator on AirWatch MDM including, troubleshooting, testing, compliance reporting and recommendation of policy changes based on customer feedback/testing
POC for MSS escalations and customer escalations
Coordinate delivery and rollout between local Agency offices, HQ and other mobile carriers
Test requested apps to ensure compliance with customer IT security policies
Test apps, devices, hardware to ensure stable performance when accessing customer networks
Work alongside network engineering team to develop and implement new mobility solutions and Remote Access and Security protocols
Create SharePoint workflows for iPhone ordering, and BYOD requests
Work closely with parallel groups as needed on a support or project basis, including:
Mail administration/engineering team
BES manager
RSA/Cisco engineers
Network administrators/engineers
VoIP engineers
Agency Tier 1 helpdesk
NOTE: This position is normally staffed ON-SITE at the Federal customer facility in Washington, DC. However, due to COVID-19, the candidate selected for this position will work virtually for the foreseeable future.
Required Skills, Experience, and Education: Bachelor’s Degree required, 5+ years mobility experience required, including experience supporting iOS 12,13 and 14 and other mobility devices, Remote Access and Security protocols.
Required Clearance:
Applicants must hold (or be eligible for) current U.S. Public Trust security clearance or higher.
Ability to attain higher clearance if requested
