Your Skills and Expertise 
 

To set you up for success in this role from day one, 3M is looking for candidates who must have the following qualifications:

• Ability to prepare food based on menu specifications and required quantity to ensure high quality product during food serving times for the assigned shift while controlling waste and costs.


• Must be a self-starter and responsible person requiring minimal supervision.


• Able to multitask, prioritize, and manage time efficiently, also work independently and as part of a team.


• Able to communicate in a positive and professional manner utilizing appropriate customer service and interpersonal skills.


• Able to comply with food health and safety standards, hygiene and service standards and procedures to ensure that a clean, safe environment is maintained at all times by practicing proper food handling, equipment cleanliness and basic kitchen etiquette including washing and cleaning dishes, cooking equipment and utensils.


• Able to perform daily housekeeping duties including vacuuming, mopping, wiping tables, counters and trays, cleaning equipment and removing trash in accordance with local and state health department and 3M standards.


• Ability to use computers as needed to run operation, and complete currency and credit/debit card transactions quickly and accurately as payments for food items using basic mathematical and problem-solving skills.


• Must be Safe-Serve Certified within 12 months of start date in this position, certified in position within 6 months of start date, and physically able to stand for duration of shift (8-12 hours)

Additional qualifications that could help you succeed even further in this role include:

• Ability to work varying shifts, weekends and holidays, as well as, extended workdays/work hours to support business needs. 


• Must possess a High School Diploma/GED or higher.


• At least six (6) months in food service experience is preferred.

Seeking to fill the following work shifts:

• Fixed Midnight Shift (11pm-7am)

Relocation: Is not authorized

Must be legally authorized to work in country of employment without sponsorship for employment visa status (e.g., H1B status).
