Business Analyst

As our Business Analyst, you are responsible for managing key business system integrations and analyzing IT processes to troubleshoot and resolve system/process errors. Your analytical and systems ability will involve understanding complex transactions, conducting root cause analyses, and driving process improvements within the organization. This is a collaborative environment that will involve a significant amount of direct communication with individuals at various levels of management both internal and external. In addition, the position will assist in customer management and collections.

A breakdown of key responsibilities are as follows:

50% Integration Management: Serve as the leading expert in business system integrations resolving errors through extensive collaboration with other teams and in-depth business process knowledge. Ensure data integrity and process continuity by proactively monitoring, resolving and communicating with other departments regarding business process/procedures. Provide key metrics.

20% ERP Support: Establish and oversee NetSuite ERP training programs company-wide for both targeted and broader user groups.

20% Collections: Aid in the collection of outstanding receivables for customer accounts and support monthly/quarterly calls with the Corporate Director of Credit & Financial Services.

10% Credit: Authorize appropriate credit limits for customers, monitoring customer accounts to reduce risk of bad debt, approving customer set up and invoicing arrangements, and interfacing with the Corporate Legal team and outside collection agencies to resolve customer receivables.

EDUCATION AND EXPERIENCE:

• Bachelor's degree in business or IT related field and 5+ years of business analyst experience in roles of increasing responsibility.

PREFERRED EDUCATION AND EXPERIENCE

• IT/NetSuite Systems experience strongly desired.


• Manufacturing and Agricultural experience preferred.


• Prior involvement driving process improvement, documenting workflows, and managing processes.


• Prior experience with customer collections.
