Job Description:

The Web Content Analyst/SharePoint Administration will:

• advise and assist the Government on best practices for information sharing to support day-to-day operations, crises, and exercises with a focus on improving the USSTRATCOM J2 presence in the Intelligence Community (IC) on multiple domains.
• serve as the J2 web/portal-master and assist other KM Representatives with developing out of the box and customized SharePoint 2013 (and future SharePoint versions) skills and techniques.
• assist in providing training and education on KM principles, policies, guidelines, tools, and processes to the J2 workforce as well as advising other USSTRATCOM directorates and Component Commands on J2 principles, mission sets and responsibilities in relation to supporting CDRUSSTRATCOM and the IC.

• A minimum three (3) years' experience creating, reviewing and reorganizing websites to increase the organization's information sharing, dissemination, collaboration and decision making capabilities.
• A minimum two (2) years' experience using SharePoint designer 2013.
• A strong aptitude working with SharePoint 2013 out-of-the box capabilities to improve and enhance website functionality.
• Twelve (12) or more years' experience developing custom code using a combination of 3 or more of the following: HTML/HTML5, JavaScript, CSS, AJAX, JSON/JSONP, REST calls and jQuery to enhance and create web pages, web sites and web parts in order to streamline processes, visualize data, and share information.
• A minimum three (3) years demonstrated experience creating and modifying web-based forms and workflows using SharePoint Designer.
• A minimum seven (7) years' experience with and a working knowledge of CCMD level mission sets, OPLANs, and intelligence analysis.
• CLEARANCE REQUIRED - TS/SCI
