Position Summary

Drives transformational change that may involve complex new business or technical processes, development and introduction of new vendor partners or providers, or introduction of new technology. Implement changes that will impact a significant number of stakeholders across the organization and will present challenges in complexity or deadlines. May perform duties in one or more of the following disciplines: Business Data Business Intelligence Security Quality User Experience Production Control

The below qualifications are highly preferred:

• Vendor / Contractor SME and Assisting Managers w/ SOW development
• Assist with Vendor Contract Negotiations and ELA/Support renewals
• Labor Financial Analysis for Infrastructure Administration
• Assist Management in Development of Labor Budget
• Prepare Project Governance Documents / Manage Smaller Projects (as needed)
• Identify and Lead Process Improvements
• Lead / Mature New Process Implementations (e.g. Operating Rhythm)
• Lead analyst in support of the Server leasing program
• Serve as Liaison to CPMO

Bachelor's degree in IT, MIS, Business or related field, plus five years' related experience, or;

Associate's degree in a technical field, plus seven years' related experience, or;

High School Diploma plus nine years' related experience
