Job Description:

• Operate main phone system


• Screen solicitors, visitors, deliveries, and mail


• Distribute incoming faxes/mail


• Advise customers of their order status via phone and/or email


• Coordinate issue resolution between customer and appropriate internal staff members (Inside Sales, Purchasing, Finance, Plant, etc.)


• Create, update, or maintain various reports regarding issues, orders, and sales results


• Process customer credits and RMA's


• Set up new customer accounts


• Sorting/Filing


• Review and distribute emails for Inside Sales Representatives who are out of the office


• Re-stock break room supplies
