Job Responsibilities

• The position will require the individual to establish relationships between Design Engineering, BUs, Production Control, Materials, Pilot Manufacturing, warehousing, and Project Managers w/in Project Services. The responsibilities include material assessments, participating on cross functional teams, providing status to program managers/engineering.
• Provides input to management, production control, pilot line manufacturing and engineering program managers. Works to resolve (in case of design changes) labor and material shortages, backlogs and other potential schedule interruptions. Oversees the master schedules and ensures comprehensive compliance with materials requirements for manufacturing.
• Creates 1A BOMs from engineering spreadsheet.  Updates add/deletes to 1A Boms per engineering direction.  Coordinate cross-functionally to ensure order configuration changes are communicated and executed to both production control and the pilot line manufacturing team.

Minimum Qualification

• SAP
• Understanding of Production Control

Preferred Qualification

• Strong skills with SAP, MS Access, Excel, and Word.
• Understanding of BOM structure
• Master Scheduling, Production Control
• Work experience in a New Products Environment/Pilot Line Manufacturing
• Excellent analytical skills and attention to details a must. Strong written and oral communications skills required. Project management, leadership skills and ability to negotiate cross-functionally a plus.
• Candidate must be self-driven, yet a strong team player.
