Job Description:

Arcadis is looking for a Business Analyst to join our Industrial Infrastructure team and support a Data Center Supplier Quality Program.

As a Business Analyst, you will work closely with a team of cross-functional stakeholders (e.g., Program Managers, Project Managers, clients, engineers, subcontractors) to understand the program objectives. You will assist with the development of a quality management system, including document quality standards, to ensure that the program objectives are met. You will also act as an administrator for assets structure, support program task coordinators, assist with document control, and support New Product Induction (NPI) Production Part Approval Process (PPAP) assessments and deliverables.

Additional responsibilities include, but are not limited to:


  • Provisioning access, setting up asset structure, configuring quality checklists within BIM360, executing administrative tasks for established programs and providing support for tool issues or challenges that may arise

  • Developing quality management system documentation and procedural quality specifications

  • Working closely with cross-functional stakeholders to complete project deliverables related to business/data analysis, test support, and project communications, including training.

  • Supporting teams to implement software requirements and communicate system enhancements

  • Overseeing the development of deliverables for initiatives and adhering to development methodologies

  • Researching and analyzing the nature, effect, and results of system problems

  • Consulting with internal users to ensure a complete understanding of their needs and concerns

  • Conducting meetings and presentations with stakeholders and business users

  • Communicating insights and plans to cross-functional team members and management

  • Providing ongoing analytics and dashboard reporting as requested by the business

  • Collaborating with stakeholders to tackle ongoing issues list and partner on continuous improvement with enhancements

  • Deep understanding of the business processes, quality management system, ISO standards

  • Ability to work cross functionally with other departments to achieve goals

  • Ability to influence stakeholders and work closely with them to determine acceptable solutions

  • Exceptional analytical and conceptual thinking skills

  • Advanced technical documentation skills

  • Experience creating detailed reports and giving presentations #LI-RJ1

Required Qualifications:


  • Bachelor's degree in a technical of business-related field

  • 3 years of experience in a successful and professional business/quality/systems analysis role

  • Experience with data platform and visualization technologies such as Tableau, Data Studio, and BigQuery
