The Human Resources Benefits Account Executive will work in a technologically savvy and advanced medical center that has been serving surrounding community for over 70 years. The Healthcare Benefits Account Manager will be part of a hospital with comprehensive surgical services that received national recognition for performance, quality and teamwork.


The Human Resources Benefits Account Executive will be responsible to build strong client relationships, implement client retention strategy and drive growth through effective communication of the value proposition of the Employee Assistance Program EAP service line.  The Healthcare Benefits Account Manager will work with a broad set of employer groups and benefit consultants to ensure client retention.


The Employee Benefits Account Executive will develop strong interpersonal relationships with customers through regular verbal and written communications while proactively identify customer needs and present resources and solutions to meet those needs and add value with the EAP Employee Assistance Program services.  The Healthcare Insurance Account Manager will actively manage services issues and unique requests. 


The Human Resources Benefits Account Executive will work cross functionally with clinical, administrative and marketing teams.  The Healthcare Benefits Account Manager will actively manage relationships with vendors to achieve customer objectives.  The Medical Insurance Account Manager will deliver effective business reviews to benefit leaders and brokers. 


The Healthcare Benefits Account Manager will provide compelling data analysis to support reach and value.  The Human Resources Benefits Account Executive will understand competitive landscape and respond to competitive threats in the contract renewal process.  The Employee Assistance Program EAP Account Executive will renew contracts and meet financial objectives.


The ideal candidates for Employee Assistance Program EAP Account Manager MUST have the ability to develop consultative relationships and find ways to add value while offering enhancements or extensions of core services to increase revenue and build long-term loyalty.  Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent with Master’s Degree preferred with 5 years experience in sales or strategic  account management with an emphasis on client retention.  Experience with employee benefits, human resources, EAP or related field.
