RN Manager Labor and Delivery

This esteemed hospital is known for delivering high-quality, patient-centered care within their community. The Labor and Delivery unit has 11+ Labor and Delivery beds and delivers over 5,000 babies annually.

The RN Manager Labor and Delivery will report directly to the Women's Services Nurse Director. The Manager will assume responsibility for the overall assessment, planning, implementation, and evaluation of patient care on the unit. The RN Manager Labor and Delivery will provide strategic insight in clinical management, patient care, budgeting, financial management, and quality management while promoting a patient-focused and caring environment. 

The RN Manager Labor and Delivery must have experience in the following Compliance areas:

• JCAHO


• CMS


• IHI

The Manager will have the opportunity to utilize creativity in developing quality performance improvement programs for staff, which will include:
