An incredible leadership opportunity is now available at a Vascular surgery center in the outskirts of Toledo, OH. The Surgery center is seeking a Nursing Director to manage the center’s operations and staff.

 The Nursing Director will be joining an Ambulatory Surgery center that is part of a Vascular center network that is Physician operated. The Ambulatory Surgery center’s mission is to provide excellent care, knowledgeable staff, while focusing on patient education to serve better outcomes from informed decision. The Ambulatory surgery center specializes in vascular surgeries of all kinds with FDA approved techniques to have better outcomes. Preventive screenings are provided to the patients with underlying cardiac diseases and history. With all around vascular treatments starting with non-invasive methods doctors and staff strive for the best possible outcomes through proven methods.

 The Ambulatory Surgery center is licenses and accredited by the AAAHC. The Nursing director will oversee 2 OR’s and treatment rooms along with close to 20 staff member they will manage. The Nursing Director will be able to hone their leadership skills from their supervisory experience at previous surgery centers or hospital OR settings. The Nursing director will be directly working with the Surgery Center administrator and Medical Director improving and maintaining standards of care, quality measures and compliance.

 The Ambulatory surgery center is located in a suburbia location of Toledo where there is ample housing, dining and entreating options for the next Nursing Director.  The location is near the city and holds a charming town feel. The town does have its own public-school system and minutes away from downtown Toledo the next Nursing Director at any age will be able to make this town their own.
