The Strategic Account Manager position is responsible for obtaining access to employee records to verify employment and income for various purposes. Calling on payroll providers and large employers, the position will solicit commercial agreements to access data and maintain the business-to-business relationship over time.

What you'll be doing
Develop strong relationships with existing and new partners
Lead the negotiation of partnership contract terms
Identify viable new partner opportunities and articulate actions plans to pursue a business relationship
Produce persuasive, simple and clear story lines, slides and other deliverables relevant to audiences of all levels
Proactively gather intelligence on the competitive landscape, market trends and incorporate information into Experian's strategic plan and business unit strategy planning cycles
Effectively partner with regional stakeholders across Experian - strategy, corporate development, product, sales, business, technology, finance.
Develop and maintain exceptionally strong relationships throughout Experian to ensure alignment of business objectives and opportunities
What your background looks like
Required Education: Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience
Total Years Related Work Experience:4-6
5 years of experience working within the Human Resource Management vertical specifically with established customer contacts and various entry points
Proven record of success negotiating complex agreements
Exceptional oral and written communications skills
Ability to grasp strategic initiatives of target accounts and to formulate project / product offerings effectively
