Work Environment: Very little time will be spent in office setting. Work environment breakdown will consist of 10 percent classroom with 90 percent operations training. Will include operations peak assignment.
Job Summary: Train FL Supervisors on their daily routine that includes all processes, procedures and responsibilities. Will be coaching and mentoring FL Supervisors.
Job Description: Classroom Instructor; Train FL Supervisors to resolve daily operational issues; Train administrative duties; Dangerous Goods Training; Help develop set routine; time management; Create a personalized training profile for the FL Supervisor; Provide appreciative and constructive feedback to Management team; Follow up with FL Supervisors; Hub Audits-AIE/GEMS; Certification compliance.
Required Skills: Good communication and presentation skills. Be able to work on your own. Self-directed. Microsoft Office computer skills. Operation knowledge.
Additional Skills: Outbound feeder knowledge, Ramp/Outbound shift knowledge, Inbound Knowledge, FT Supervisor Coverage/Vacation coverage.
Interpersonal Skills: People and presentation skills. Must be able to communicate to upper management about concerns regarding training plan. Self-directed to complete assignments in a timely manner. Outbound Posi sorter operations knowledge. Proficient in administrative duties- Air Hub , eHub and HMMS.
