Job Description:

As an Image Operations Support Business Analyst and Reporting Specialist you will collaborate with technology, project management, quality management, and internal business teams to analyze and document business requirements; analyze data; perform user acceptance testing on new/enhanced reports/applications; assist in go live activities for new/enhanced applications; define improved business processes; validate functional designs; assist in the creation of training and communications materials; assist in the development of procedures and process flows.
