Job Summary

We are currently seeking a self-motivated, energetic and team-oriented individual to work in our Elkridge, MD manufacturing plant. Must be able to work first shift (6:00 am start) and be able to work overtime as needed. Starting rate is $15.00/ hour.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities

• Pull orders


• Ship orders


• Load/Unload trucks daily


• Stock material


• Track inventory


• Regular and predictable attendance, ability to safely perform tasks, and adherence to all safety policies and procedures, including Critical Safety Rules, are essential functions of your job

Requirements

• Ability to follow directions, good communication skills, works well with others, good computer skills


• Ability to read written instructions and take verbal instructions


• Ability to multitask, prioritize and work under time constraints


• Ability to work with co-workers and supervisors with good teamwork skills


• Ability to adapt to constant change


• Must be able to adhere to all safety protocol


• All other duties as assigned


• 
  

  Forklift, AS400 experience, warehouse, and shipping experience are a plus, but not required

Physical Requirements

• Ability to grasp and squeeze small parts and large items


• Ability to stand on concrete, wearing safety boots, for up to 12 hours per day


• Ability to lift up to 75 lbs repeatedly in a shift


• Ability to work in extreme temperatures


• Ability to wear long sleeves, hard hats, steel toe boots, safety glasses, and ear plugs
