Parts Warehouse Operator at Cummins in Eugene, Oregon

Job Description:

We are looking for a talented Parts Administrator to join our in Cobug, OR.

In this role, you will make an impact in the following ways:

·        Under some supervision, follow established procedures and guidelines to receive, handle, store, perform system transactions and dispatch goods in a factory or warehouse

·        Receive incoming goods; check for damage and for discrepancies between goods and invoices

·        Accurately sort, label, store goods and arrange storage to optimize warehouse space

·        Pick, pack, and dispatch incoming and outgoing goods according to written or verbal requests or orders

·        Operate forklifts and other warehouse machinery

·        Take customer orders by phone and in person

·        Pick up and deliver parts locally

To be successful in this role you will need the following:

·        High school diploma

·        Prior experience and relative work experience preferred

·        Must be able to physically lift 50 pounds occasionally, wear required personal protective equipment

·        Must meet all requirements to drive a Company vehicle including a valid driver’s license and insurance

·        Possessing a CDL is a plus

Compensation and Benefits

Base salary rate commensurate with experience.
