NationServe has an immediate opening for an Customer Service Representative, which provides a generous compensation package including:  Competitive base salary plus a comprehensive benefits package. 

 


The Position

The Customer Service/Inside Sales person is responsible to help coordinate internal sales requests, invoicing, customer service, and other administrative duties.  


 

Essential Duties and Responsibilities



  • Process all internal sales requests in an effective and efficient manner

  • Identify and monitor customer service standards, including timeliness and professionalism

  • Maintain positive customer relationships, for NationServe, in collaboration with the local Manager and sales team

  • Maintain a positive attitude and communication style with customers and employees in all circumstances

  • Assist with other administrative/office tasks as assigned

Skills/Experience Requirements 

 

Experience


  • 2+ years of progressive experience

  • Experience in industry with a service and installation or distribution company, preferably in a construction environment

  • Intellectual Horsepower

  • Must be bright and intelligent; deal with concepts and complexity comfortably; described as intellectually sharp, capable, and agile

Technical & Practical Skills 


  • Ability to develop and implement processes

  • Strong organization and decision making ability

  • Good negotiation skills and persuasive ability

  • Good analytical and problem solving skills

  • Ability to prioritize and handle multiple tasks
