We are seeking a curious and dynamic Associate Research Analyst who is eager to dive headfirst into the deep end of the market research world! The ideal candidate will possess a solid foundation of research and technical skills, and a demonstrated aptitude for strategic thinking and problem solving. The Associate Research Analyst will be responsible for the management and delivery of custom market research studies, ongoing monitoring assignments, media analyses (both traditional and social) and other secondary research from proposal writing through final study deliverables, along with the day-to-day client management that each project requires.

  • Maintain up-to-date knowledge of our tools, platforms, and research methodologies

  • Partner with colleagues in development of research design, sampling plans, questionnaires, moderator guides, tab and banner plans, and analytical plans

  • Interpret research data and insights to create a compelling ‘story’ that meets project and research objectives and is near client-ready for VP review and input

  • Work with colleagues in development of research results, including producing client deliverables and developing analysis, implications and recommendations to client

  • Develop proposals including effectively understanding client objectives, scoping projects, identifying appropriate methodologies to meet objectives, and pricing.


  • Understand key client information including general business strategy, products and services offered, and key customers


You’re setup for success if:
Qualified candidates have most, if not all, of the following…



  • BA/BS degree in related field, previous internship experience is a plus

  • Knowledge of marketing, public affairs, branding, communications, and general business strategy


  • Understanding or interest in media analysis/measurement related to public relations, marketing and communications

  • Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite – preferably with an eye toward presentation design

  • Strong interpersonal, organizational, written and oral communications skills

  • Ability to work independently and prioritize/manage multiple deadlines within a project scope and budget
