CUSTOMER SERVICE WRITER / ADVISOR – TUES-SAT SHIFT: Our service writer / advisor is the liaison between our customers and our repair facilities. Essential duties and responsibilities of the position include:
We are seeking a customer focused, solution driven individual to add to our team. This member should have the ability to adapt and learn new computer systems and programs. In addition, qualified candidates must have basic computer skills with Outlook, Word, Excel and Internet, excellent verbal and written communication skills, and the ability to stay organized with several projects and programs going simultaneously. Ability to communicate in multiple languages and a mechanical aptitude are preferred. Position will work the Tuesday through Saturday shift.
