AT&T has an opening for Work Flow Staff Lead - To support the Nation Security Sector, in providing a variety of tasks associated with network service project. The Work Flow Lead will lead the team to develop and optimize processes associated with a large network engineering and network management project. The Work Flow Lead will conduct and/or facilitate high-visibility meetings with various engineers, technicians and leading stakeholder, as well as, briefing leadership on SLA correlations, identifying risks and making recommendations for minimizing risks. The Work Flow Lead will work with the engineering and project management team to develop new processes. The Work Flow Lead will also support the Service Now development team by translating the process steps into Service Now work flows. The Lead will work with management team to identify risks that affect project costs, profits, and customer relations.
Description of Job Duties/Responsibilities:
- Must be proficient in Microsoft Visio, PowerPoint and Excel
- Identify and document repeatable Work Flows for standard service offerings
- Identify and document complex engineering Work Flows
- Perform analytical research to develop Work Flows and processes
- Provide technical business area support, regional management and leadership
- Gather and analyze data and collect technical requirements
- Create detailed cross-functional flowchart diagrams
- Facilitate Technical Exchange Meetings and liaise with Government customers and stakeholders
Required Qualifications: Candidate must have 16 years of experience that can be a combination of work history and education. This equates to a Doctorate and 8 years of experience OR Masters and 10 years, Bachelors and 12 years, Associates and 14 years or HS and 16 years.
