PAPÉ MATERIAL HANDLING, INC. – CITY OF INDUSTRY, CA

RENTAL SUPERVISOR / DISPATCHER:  Papé Rents is looking for a motivated and passionate individual to fill the Rental Supervisor and Dispatcher role in the City of Industry area. This position presents a great opportunity for leadership and future advancement within the company. Responsibilities will include but are not limited to:

• Supervising all aspects of the rental department.


• Managing inbound rental, service and sales by phone and walk in business.


• Providing exceptional customer service and ensure a great rental experience for the customer.


• Processing customer orders accurately and efficiently.


• Dispatching of transport trucks.


• Recording daily activity in detail to ensure timely follow-up on all future customer requests.


• Learning and becoming proficient with our internal business systems.

Position requires a strong leader who has knowledge of equipment and its use, and knowledge of transportation and dispatch operations. Similar experience may be considered on an individual basis. Must have a strong mechanical background, and be proficient in computer applications associated with manufacturer parts, repairs and warranty. Position requires excellent written and verbal communication and customer service skills.
