Edelman Data & Intelligence (DxI) is seeking a Senior Account Executive with a focus on programmatic media planning and activation. Edelman Data & Intelligence (DxI) is a global, multidisciplinary research, analytics and data consultancy with a distinctly human mission. We use data and intelligence to help businesses and organizations build trusting relationships with people: making communications more authentic, engagement more exciting and connections more meaningful. Our paid media discipline sits within Edelman DxI. The Senior Account Executive will be responsible for day-to-day management of client’s programmatic media activities and ensure deliverables are presented on time and of high quality, and that all campaigns meet client objectives. A successful Senior Account Executive will have great attention to detail and be able to take complete ownership of the process of getting tasks completed to bring value to our clients. 


Responsibilities:


  • Execute campaigns across programmatic platforms including campaign creation, forecasting, budgeting and pacing, testing and optimization

  • Activate across channels, including, but not limited to Display, OLV, OTT, Audio, and OOH

  • Work with publishers and SSPs on inventory prices, PMPs, and programmatic guaranteed deals

  • Ensure campaign performance across multiple accounts are meeting client objectives and KPIs 

  • Produce and interpret high quality performance reports to provide actionable insights and analysis

  • Act as day-to-day contact for client and/or Account Leads regarding programmatic

  • Provide strategic direction and input for media plans and goals; manage against them

  • Build and maintain relationships with key vendors, platforms, and technology partners

  • Monitor latest trends in programmatic and digital advertising to improve campaign performance and provide recommendations on how clients can best leverage new tools and services

  • Collaborate cross-functionally with other members within the digital and account teams

  • Assist with assessments and recommendations for new business opportunities

  • Understand other channels within Performance Marketing group, such as paid search, SEO, social, to develop integrated strategies focused on client’s business outcomes



Basic Qualifications:



  • Bachelor’s degree in a related field




  • Proven ability to manage multiple small or medium-size projects simultaneously




  • 1-3 year of relevant experience directly activating programmatic campaigns




  • Relevant experience in marketing, advertising, communications or digital media



Preferred Qualifications:



  • Hands-on-keyboard buying across multiple DSPs, such The Trade Desk, Verizon, Amazon, DV360, and Xandr




  • Proficiency with industry leading software and tools such as Doubleclick, 4C, Adobe and Google Analytics




  • Experience using media planning research tools like ComScore, GfK MRI. Nielsen Scarborough, etc. 




  • Intermediate to advanced Excel and PowerPoint skills




  • Solid communication skills to effectively present strategic and tactical plans to clients and internal teams




  • Well-developed analytical ability to extract insight from data and plan next steps across multiple marketing mediums




  • Strong organizational skills being able to manage multiple projects at once
