Job Description:
Position Description
To provide design support to product development projects within Advanced Product Development, Rolling Product Engineering, Sectional Product Engineering, and Product Applications Engineering that include:
- concept/product/applications design development support
- concept/product/applications design change support
- concept/product/application drafting support
Specifics include, and are not limited to, 3D assembly/part models, 2D assembly/part drawings, product design changes, and technical drawing/sketch development.
Required Skills
The preferred candidate will possess the following (minimum) skill sets:
- 3D CAD modeling/drawing (Solidworks; or equivalent)
- technical depictions/sketches
- product change control
- technical communication (MSExcel/MSWord/MSPowerpoint/MSOutlook)
Qualifications
The preferred candidate will possess the following (minimum) qualifications:
- 1-5+ years mechanical design/drafting experience
- Associates Degree in a technical field
