Spa Nail Technicians are responsible for creating a positive and relaxing spa experience under the Spa Director and with the support of the Spa Team. This experience includes providing nail services to all clients, answering all inquiries, creating rapport with clients, and building a client base.
Essential Functions:

Provide nail-care services that exceed all client expectations
Consult with clients and answer all questions
Perform basic and spa manicures and pedicures
Maintain an organized and sanitary work station
Job Responsibilities:
Welcome clients upon arrival
Retain clients to maintain a full schedule
Ensure that any waivers or consent forms are signed by client
Keep station and spa organized, clean, and sanitary
Sell appropriate products and services
Maintain and report schedule accurately
Attend all required meetings and trainings
Understand and follow employee standards of conduct and ethics
Uphold club building, facilities, service, program, and emergency procedures
Attend all mandatory meetings
Assume other duties as assigned
Work early mornings, evenings, and weekends as needed

Required Experience, Education & Certifications:
State Nail Technician License required
High School Diploma required
One to two years’ experience preferred
