JOB SUMMARY/ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS:
Under the general direction of the Pharmacist-In-Charge, the clinical Pharmacist interprets, reviews and processes medication orders, screens orders for appropriateness and intervenes as warranted. Responsible for relevant clinical and quality assurances activities and participates in education of others as appropriate.
