Resident Care Coordinator at Capital Senior Living in Anderson, South Carolina

Job Description:

Provides direct supervision of care staff. Coordinates training and education for care staff. Verifies all care staff hours, daily and weekly and make sure resident needs are being met accordingly. Assist in medication management, including Med Techs are trained properly, make sure all medication procedures are being followed. Make staff schedules, on call duties required, participates in community events, communicates with other professionals. Communicates with families regarding resident personal needs. Reminds families of needs for appointments for doctor visits. Working under the supervision of our Wellness Director. Must be able to pass a background check as well a drug test.
