JOB SUMMARY: Briefly summarize the job s primary duties and responsibilities and include management/leadership responsibilities if applicable.

Responsibilities include:

* Develop and maintain graphic designs (e.g. digital newsletters, emails, video, brochures, manuals, websites, direct mail, social posts, and digital advertising) to support the organization's image, identity and brands.

* Develop and design the aesthetics, visual design and/or layout of product artwork and marketing materials to enhance product image.

* Maintain a strong focus on leveraging consistency in design to the Institutional Division.

* Responsible for the initial design and maintenance of a wide array of collateral materials to create effective high-end deliverables that support the marketing, sales, and branding goals of the Institutional Division.

* Research, develop and present creative, innovative solutions for ads, collateral materials and logos.

* Take complete ownership and accept feedback well-considering it an opportunity for new solutions rather than personal criticism.

* Collaborate with the team, direct photoshoots, understand workflows, deadlines and work well with others.

* Assist motion graphic artists with the implementation of static graphics into the video space.

* Work closely with and alongside subject matter experts, copywriters, content marketers to develop fresh design concepts.

* Consult and advise internal clients concerning project requirements and discuss creative concepts and explain new design processes.

* Meet with employees, consultants and/or vendors, to determine and assess effectiveness of imagery and presentation needs and may direct marketing design projects, collaborating with multiple departments.

* Collaborate with marketing analytics and other internal partners to evaluate campaign results and recommend further actions for content development.

* Review, revise, and reimagine as necessary all Institutional sales and marketing materials as they come up for redesign.

* Adapt to a constantly changing environment.

ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES: Briefly describe the essential functions and main responsibilities of the job, beginning with the most important, and identify the % of time spent on each.

* Work with product staff to develop graphics and designs for project deliverables (70%)

* Create original concepts for marketing campaigns, working individually and as a part of a creative team (15%)

* Consult and advise internal clients concerning project requirements (15%)

MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS & EXPERIENCE: List knowledge, skills, abilities, mental demands and behaviors; i.e. # years of experience, education level preferred, licenses and/or certifications, tolerance for multiple demands, ability to work with others, etc.

* Bachelor s degree in art design, marketing communications, or equivalent experience

* 5+ years experience immersed in graphic design for financial services or sales-minded industries (please provide examples)

* Strong financial services industry and/or insurance industry knowledge, particularly institutional products

* Advanced experience in designing content for social and digital ads

* Familiarity with writing keyword rich content for SEO

* Knowledge of online platforms such as Facebook, LinkedIn and Instagram

* Strong organizational, interpersonal, communication, presentation and leadership skills

* Salesforce experience is a plus

* Financial fluency and interest in social impact investing is a plus

* Advanced knowledge of the Adobe Creative Suite and Microsoft 365
