Be able to deliver PMO tasks – Program / Project planning, scheduling, tracking, status reports, risks management, stakeholder management at all levels, participate / present in steering com meetings, global resource management with help from work-stream leads
Hands on experience in using Agile , Scrum methodology / Sprints to deliver Hybris projects
Exposure preferably to a multi-country Hybris implementation / rollouts
Engage stakeholders, facilitate workshops, conduct client interviews to define business goals and elicit business requirements
Determine documentation needs based on the project requirements and manage the documentation efforts
Prioritize requirements collaboratively with business stakeholders, UX and technology disciplines
Establish shared vision by building consensus on priorities
Map business and user requirements to product features for inputs to user experience and creative teams’ design processes
Define a process for change management and proactively manage requirement changes
Proactively identify risks around requirements and communicate to PMs
Work closely with project management to monitor overall sprint progress and dependencies
Collaborate with Creative team and ensure that User Experience and Visual Design align with Functional Requirements
Work with QA to develop testing strategy, identify test cases and participate/lead in UA
Work with project team help create training materials in local language for systems’ train-the-trainer and end-user training sessions
Minimum Qualifications:
Minimum 8-10 years of experience in Information & Technology and good hands-on exposure in implementation project
Minimum 3-4 years’ hands-on experience working in SAP Hybris eCommerce B2B or B2C solutions to start with hands on and then in PMO role
At least 2 full lifecycle implementation experience in leading SAP Hybris eCommerce platform in the PMO role
Good understanding in business processes and application system of e-Commerce, including ERP “Order to Cash” functions, Payment, Shipping, Sales, Pricing and Promotions, Customer Service/Support, Product Catalog Management, Content Management, and Digital Marketing
Experience in working with cross-functional and globally distributed digital teams
Strong leadership abilities.
Excellent written and oral communication skills.
Strong presentation skills.
Bachelor's degree required, Master's degree preferred (preferably in Computer Science or a related field)
