Overview

Creates and maintains content for marketing and communications within the scope of the marketing plan. Work with marketing team to aid in development and implementation of attention-getting, user-friendly digital and print content. Engage with employees, partners, and communities to inform and inspire.

Responsibilities

Areas of Responsibility

• Create, revise and manage content for marketing and communications including writing, designing and distributing content across multiple platforms.


• Understand and support company goals and objectives to align priorities

Technical Knowledge

• Preserve brand alignment across media/channels, connect projects and re-purpose content


• Maintain Cook Biotech voice and tone, follow Cook Biotech style and ensure error free content


• Within scope of responsibilities, ensure that all quality, compliance, regulatory and product specific requirements are met.

Decision-Making

• Manage deadlines and priorities for multiple projects simultaneously


• Understand and be accountable to Cook ethics and compliance standards

Collaboration

• Collaborates with stakeholders and team members to produce content of the highest quality

Change/Innovation

• Proactively seek out SME and build content


• Maintains continuous process improvement mindset within company and department

Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree in Communications, Marketing, or related fields.


• One to two experience in content development


• Familiarity of biology science and/or medical terminology

• Proficiency in Microsoft Professional software and
  Adobe InDesign


• Strong work ethic and proactive project management skills


• Excellent verbal, written, and organizational skills

Physical Requirements/ Work Environment

• Work under general office environment


• Ability to travel domestic/international/weekends up to 25%
