Job Description:

Implement strategic marketing plans that promote continued sales growth for Sales by working with Marketing Segment Lead and Sales Leadership.

Key responsibilities:

• Assist Director of Marketing to develop scope of work for biannual Promo meetings, acting as the project manager for full event execution.
  
  


• Work with product divisions on content and effectiveness of presentations related to promotional items.
  
  


• Manage content creation process and consult on presentation and engagement strategies for sales effectiveness.
  
  


• Produce other marketing tools to help support Promo (i.e. email blasts, advertising, product campaigns) as well as support post-promotional and corresponding monthly activities to sustain year-long Sales Rep engagement (i.e. surveys, internal communications, supplemental rep trainings).
  
  


• Other projects as assigned.
  
  

• Bachelor's degree


• At least 2 years of selling/marketing/product management or related experience


• Experience with project management (planning, organizing, and managing resources to bring about successful completion of specific project goals and objectives)


• Willingness to travel up to 10% of the time for business purposes (within state and out of state)


• Proven success with presenting to large and small groups, both internal and external
