Invoice Reconciliation Analyst (Maitland) at Tetra Tech, Inc. in MAITLAND, Florida

An invoice analyst performs invoice reconciliation of the debris contractor's invoices during a project. Invoice reconciliation entails quality control checks of data prior to reconciliation, contract review, adherence to FEMA guidelines data error and incongruence resolution and formatting and producing final invoice documents.

Roles and Responsibilities:

  • Interface with clients via phone, email, mail, etc.

  • Perform quality control of data

  • Reconcile debris removal contractor invoices

  • Investigate and resolve contractor invoice discrepancies

  • Coordinate reconciliation efforts with debris removal contractor's invoice analyst and Tetra Tech Project Team

  • Prepare and generate final invoice documentation

  • Track invoice reconciliation progress

  • Organize and archive invoice reconciliation documents

  • Quality assurance and quality control of project data

  • Generating daily reports in regard to project metrics, work completion, and costs

    The ideal candidate will have:



  • Strong computer skills and proficient with Microsoft Excel

  • Highly organized with high-level attention to detail

  • Must have solid written and verbal communication skills

  • Accounting or accounts receivable/payable experience is a plus

  • Must have strong communications skills and the ability to communicate effectively with clients and contractors

  • Flexibility to work late and weekends when necessary

  • Must demonstrate effective time management and organizational skills
