As the Human Resources Assistant you will be responsible for a variety of administrative tasks in support of the Human Resources (HR) Generalist. What you'll do on a typical day:

• Work closely with the HR team to ensure a positive, open door climate


• Complete daily, weekly and monthly reports as required


• Prioritize regular workload, special tasks and concurrent projects, allocating time and resources to ensure that work is completed accurately and efficiently within established time frame

At a minimum, you'll need:

• Experience with Microsoft Office

• High school diploma or equivalent


• 3 years of administrative support experience


• Bilingual English/Spanish


• Experience with Kronos or other time and attendance systems; familiarity with time zones


• Ability to quickly learn and achieve proficiency in new software applications


• Excellent verbal and written communication skills; ability to follow verbal and written instructions


• Exceptional attention to detail; ability to use logic and problem-solving skills to resolve issues


• Good organizational and multitasking skills with the ability to navigate between dual computer monitors
