Job Description:

A company in Elk Grove Village, IL is looking for a Quality Technician for a 1st shift full-time opportunity.

Responsibilities:

• The CMM Programmer will be responsible for operating and programming (CMM) coordinate measuring machines with PC-DMIS (CAD++) software


• The CMM Programmer must have a firm understanding of GD&T and the ability to program from CAD models


• Responsible for performing layouts, first and last piece and in-process inspections per written quality inspection procedures to verify machined parts, meet blueprint and customer supplied quality requirements

• Targeting an individual with strong accomplished experience as CMM Programmer, advanced programming proficient with blueprints, CAD Model, three dimensional geometry, GD&T and capability process


• Proficient in programming and operating the CMM (PC-DMIS) software applications


• Able to perform full-dimensional layout and level-3 PPAP responsibilities and reporting
