Core Java Developer

Then we have the right opportunity—we are looking for a senior level Java Application Developer, on a full time basis, for continuing development of the Cloud Cruiser application. This position has a very aggressive development schedule using Agile development methodologies You will be responsible for working with the Product/Development Manager and a sophisticated team of Java developers building a commercial software product for SaaS deployments. You are able to learn quickly and work independently in a fast-paced environment delivering results using Agile development processes.
How you’ll make your mark:
You have experience with web applications written in Java and Angular/Grommet running on Linux and AWS
You've worked with underlying data stores are Elasticsearch and DynamoDB
You will extract and consolidates usage data from various Cloud providers and services
You will provide extensive reporting, discovery, and analytics for usage data
You will leverage modern cloud design and deployment methodologies including CI/CD
You will build software that will enable consumption-based offerings for GreenLake, HPE's fastest-growing business. You'll work with the team from Consumption Analytics, formerly known as Cloud Cruiser, a start-up company acquired by HPE in 2017.
The SaaS-based application you will work on is built using micro-service architecture and continuous delivery methodologies. This application:
