Job Summary:
Provides general office support for a variety of clerical activities and tasks including answering incoming calls, managing the reception area, mail, requisitioning supplies, organizing office communication and activities on a day-to-day basis

Required:
High school diploma or equivalent.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office including Word, Excel, and Outlook as well as a demonstrated ability to utilize financial applications within ERP software (i.e. Encompass).
1+ years of AR/AP experience
1+ years of experience in Office Administration or related field
Preferred:
Associates degree or Certificate in Finance/Business Administration or related field
3+ years of AR/AP experience
3+ years of experience in Office Administration or related field
Physical Requirements:
While performing the duties of this job, the employee is regularly required to sit, use hands to finger, handle, feel, operate a 10 key calculator or PC; reach with hands and arms; and talk or hear. The employee is occasionally required to stand and walk. The employee must occasionally lift and/or move up to 15 pounds. Specific vision abilities required by this job include close vision, distance vision, color vision and ability to adjust focus.
