Hillrom seeks an experienced Clinician with a background in client facing software implementation to join our Digital Health business in the role of Clinical Services Lead. This role will report to the VP of Clinical Informatics and will serve as a clinical implementation subject matter expert, who will guide client implementation of Hillrom Digital Health products.
The Digital Health Clinical Services Lead will assist in the documentation and gathering of requirements and current protocols/policies from health system clients whom you will guide through deployment and configuration of Hillrom’s rules engine predictive analytics and associated digital health products. In addition to a strong clinical mindset, this role will also have a technical focus and will collaborate frequently with the System Architects, Product Owners and Client Support Technicians in order to understand the current Hillrom offerings and deployment procedures from end to end.
Qualifications
RESPONSIBILIITES
* Leads the clinical implementation, and integration of Hillrom Digital Health (Medical device integration and Predictive Analytics) products into Client’s workflows to improve and sustain clinical and operational outcomes.
* Collaborates with client stakeholders to identify current policies, procedures and protocols related to specific clinical vectors in their organization.
* Translates clinical protocols into logical trigger criteria and associated system responses and clinical tasks via a proprietary Hillrom Predictive Analytics platform.
* Works with front-line IT and clinical compliance staff within client organizations to document existing workflows and the policies supporting existing practices.
* Acts as an informed clinical liaison bringing clinical expertise and input to clinical program design.
* Brings strong creative, conceptual and problem-solving skills to translate ambiguous conceptual ideas (business needs and user goals) into concrete solutions
* Identifies Process Improvements and Performance Improvement targets and tracks and measures changes for the overall improvement of a clinical workflow of interest
* Proactively engages stakeholders and concisely present options and recommendations.
* Develops and cultivates lasting business relationship with client stakeholders.
* Trains Facility IT and clinical staff on-site on configuration and use of Hillrom products per contractual agreements.
* Performs documentation of all requirements, business needs, and project milestones.
* Assesses, prioritizes and makes trade-offs against business, technical and user constraints

QUALIFICATIONS
* 4+ years’ experience in a hospital setting in either a clinical, informatics, or similar role
* Bachelor’s degree in a health science, computer science or business discipline
* RN/LPN or similar clinical floor experience in a hospital setting
* High-level understanding of system architecture and design and logical data flow to downstream devices for client configurations
* Ability to solve problems with a positive attitude, teamwork, and innovation
* Excellent verbal, written and executive presentation skills
* Skilled at leading meetings, conflict resolution, and making presentations
* Logical thinker with the ability to translate clinical and business needs into logic in our Rules Manager
* Must be able to work in the absence of complete information and remain able to make timely, high quality decisions
* Demonstrated ability to think strategically and lead in a complex clinical environment
* Ability to take a consultative and results-oriented approach.
* Excellent planning, organizing and leadership skills
* Strong customer orientation and demonstrated ability to facilitate change
* Evidence of continued personal and professional growth and development
* Experienced leader in defining and developing Clinical workflow solutions
