We are seeking a HOSPITALITY REPRESENTATIVE at Medical City Denton to ensure that we continue to provide all patients with high quality, efficient care. The HOSPITALITY REPRESENTATIVE is responsible for the following:

* To accurately and efficiently assemble and portion meals for various populations across the lifespan.
* Maintain and update menus prior to each meal time.
* Visit patients as directed to take food orders and deliver meals.
* Interpret food preferences and contact dietitians as needed.
* Receive, store and maintain food and office supplies in an orderly and sanitary manner.

QUALIFICATIONS

* Must obtain (by exam) City of Denton Food Handler Permit within 30 days of employment

* Must pass written exams of Medical Nutrition Therapy diet information and Food Ingredient information within the first 90 days of employment with a score of 90% or better

* Also,must pass a scripting audit and tray accuracy presentation audit within the first 90 days of employment.
