1. Responsible for booking and recording North America (NA) monthly intercompany & reallocation fees & accrual journal entries within the corporate month end close guidelines.
2. Responsible for NA Interiors & Global Interiors Head Office & Corporate profit centers’ monthly reconciliation, conducting current month vs. previous month flux analysis reports.
3. Prepare and distribute monthly Sales and General Administrative (SG&A) expense actual vs. budget variance analysis report to departmental managers.
4. Prepare and distribute monthly NA Corporate office general admin current month vs. previous, actual vs. budget monthly variance analysis report to Americas Finance Director, supporting for any further inquiries.
5. Provide monthly global SG&A expense SAP data report to Shanghai Headquarters office, providing supporting documents and analysis requested from Global Head Office in a timely fashion.
6. Cooperate with external (both local and Shanghai) auditor teams in yearend audit in addition to regular workload, supporting for any additional requests and follow-ups.
7. Prepare and distribute NA monthly utility expense matrix, direct sourcing reports, weekly freight file reports to plant controllers, answering inquiries from different plants promptly.
8. Prepare monthly Accounts Payable (AP) & Accounts Receivable (AR) Aging reports and inquiry & analysis for AP/AR transactions over 90 days.
9. Supporting for any ad-hoc projects & reports & inquiries promptly from plant controllers and department managers. |
Education |
· Bachelor’s Degree or higher in Finance/Accounting |
· 2-3 years of experience in an finance department of a large company
· Experience in financial reporting and consolidation
