Remote, Open to Work At Home In the United States

Job Objective:          

Responsible for actively driving and managing the technology evaluation stage of the sales process. Works with the sales team as the subject matter expert for in-depth V340B® capabilities and relating its applicability in a prospective client’s 340B program operations. It is the responsibility of the Director of Solution Architecture (DSA) to explain the technical and functional aspects Verity Solutions’ products and services to users. 

Duties and Responsibilities:


  • Serve as a subject matter expert and sales resource on all technical details concerning how Verity software works and what problems it solves for our clients in various clinical settings.

  • Promote the benefits of Verity’s V340B®  to Covered Entity and Contract Pharmacy executives emphasizing the specific benefits to each unique party.

  • Partner with Sales Directors, in managing customer relations by soliciting and logging client feedback and evaluating the data we receive through client interactions.

  • Work collaboratively with the Sales Director in the sales process.

  • Proactively follow-up with technical questions that arise during the sales process.

  • Document and upkeep task notes and other notate client follow-up in Salesforce.

  • Serve as a key technical resource for Verity Solutions in all professional environments, both in person and via phone.

  • Engage with the SVP, VP, and Sales team members to plan and execute solution design for client engagements.

  • On an as-needed basis, assist in conducting savings analysis for a client’s network of contract pharmacy relationships.

  • Provide clear customer feedback to Product Management and partner on potential solutions for product expansion and enhancements.

  • Ensure regular and on-going accurate customer data, touchpoint summaries and other key customer intelligence is available and leveraged in Salesforce.

  • Assist on RFP questionnaires and data collection and analysis for potential customer inquiries.

  • Represent Verity Solutions at industry events and conferences.

  • Work collaboratively with Accredo and Cigna professional counterparts.

  • Engage with Verity’s Operations and Product Development team as needed.

  • Attend to other initiatives and goals as assigned.

  • Provide assistance with technical answers on RFP’s.

Experience, Skills and Qualifications:  


  • BA or BS or equivalent experience.

  • Must have 3+ years of 340B experience.

  • Knowledge of and experience with one or multiple 340B third party administrator software systems; experience with V340B®  preferred.

  • Demonstrated experience with manufacturer, wholesaler, GPO, and 340B purchasing and pricing.

  • Possess effective and clear presentation skills to convey the capabilities of V340B® to prospects in a manner that is understandable and appealing.

  • Experienced and proven comfort level in communicating with IT and pharmacy staff; VP Level and C – Level experience a plus.

  • Strong MS Office Experience.

  • Experience with Salesforce or a similar CRM preferred.

  • Ability to compile, analyze and report on common sales metrics.

  • Detail oriented and organized.

  • Ability to travel.

  • Ability to work collaboratively with sales team members and other Verity departments.

  • Experience working in a goal oriented, quarterly focused and dynamic environment.

Travel is expected to be up to 50% of the time.
