The Diversity Equality & Inclusion Team is looking for an experienced Program Manager to launch programs, accomplish strategic plans, and oversee entire interconnected projects that shape the culture of Inclusion Equality and Diversity at Cloudera. You will help develop programs, and create equity across diverse populations. This includes analyzing data, creating tools, resources or routines to bring programs to life. Reporting directly to the Chief Diversity Officer, you will use your skills to work both across the business, and with specific teams to help them develop impactful Diversity Equality & Inclusion plans. As the Senior Program Manager, you will bring project management experience, sound ethical judgement, and entrepreneurship to Diversity Equality & Inclusion, while solving complex problems in Cloudera's employee lifecycle and how we support a diverse and inclusive global workforce culture.

You Will:

Develop processes and tools that support global Inclusion Equality & Diversity programs while ensuring a clear scope, on-time, and on-budget delivery across all relevant teams.

Maintain a comprehensive program portfolio of timing and deliverables across work by managing timing and actions along with dashboards, presentations, and approval milestones.

Identify risks and opportunities, while offering strategic solutions to best keep the team moving forward; assess interdependencies and recommend sequencing of work to accelerate progress.

Work with partners to integrate Inclusion Equality & Diversity into operational routines.

Stay connected by applying data insights and industry trends to influence and ensure organizational change.

Navigate through complex problems, establish processes, analyze data and engage and influence audiences at all levels on Diversity Equality and Inclusion topics.

You Have:
-
Four-year degree or equivalent experience.
-
8+ years of experience leading complex programs; with 2+ years of experience in Diversity & Inclusion or HR.

Diplomacy and articulate style in dealing with senior executives; Strong business and social acumen with political savviness to influence a broad group of stakeholders - without direct authority.

Resiliency and the ability to be agile with varying responsibilities depending on the shifting needs of the company, the strategy, and the work; high levels of initiative with the ability to make steady progress and remain calm in nebulous environments.

Proclivity toward teamwork, collaboration, and customer service.

Data-driven with the ability to evangelize the importance of Diversity & Inclusion for business value.

Exposure to Global Strategy, Human Capital, and Diversity & Inclusion.

Experience working within large, mid-size, and start up type environments.
