Global Business Operations Associate
Montvale, NJ
Contract Opening

Responsibilities:

* Provide assistance to Partners and delegates as well as local risk management teams in global member firms by answering business inquiries regarding risk/compliance systems data

* Maintain the information about clients and targets on a daily basis including assignment of approvers, requested client entity restrictions, client additions and changes

* Perform daily tasks and processes to support the ongoing use of global applications

* Monitor data quality with consideration of its impact with other global systems

* Assist with the resolution of potential conflicts/issues relating to the database

* Review potential duplicate entity records and escalate duplicates to the appropriate parties

Qualifications:

* Minimum of one year experience in research and troubleshooting skills

* Bachelor's degree from an accredited college/university or equivalent work experience

* Proficient with Microsoft Office suite applications

* Strong verbal, written, organizational, and interpersonal skills with attention to detail and demonstrated success in dealing with diverse functional teams

* Capacity to handle multiple tasks and support special project needs

* Ability to work independently and as part of a team

* Must be located in Montvale area to be able to work onsite if/when offices reopen
