ASSEMBLERS
Hourly Wage: $16-18 per hour
*$1,000 SIGN-ON BONUS!
BONUS RECEIVED AFTER 120 DAYS OF FULL TIME EMPLOYMENT
*$0.75 SHIFT PREMIUM FOR 2ND SHIFT!
*$1.00 SHIFT PREMIUM FOR 3RD SHIFT!

YOU WILL:
Perform required operations to assemble, paint, test and package all sizes and types of pumps.
Perform packaging operations including: decaling, accessories, manuals, carton, palletize and receipting.
Set-up test stand with proper fixtures, adapters, and specified test standards to accommodate a variety of pumps.
Administer electrical tests, attach all hydraulic and electrical connections, and perform unit performance test to proper specifications.
Perform in-process quality checks, and correct non-conformances, and complete appropriate paperwork.
Follow company safety rules by wearing mandatory PPE and also keep work area in a clean and orderly condition.
Perform other duties as required.

Medium to Heavy work frequently (lifting 20-30lbs)

YOU SHOULD:
Be able to work from verbal instructions, written work instructions, and quality plans with minimal supervision.
Be able to work in a team environment.
