The HR & Learning Systems Strategy, Transformation and Innovation organization is part of Human Resources, which under the leadership of our Vice President of Systems Strategy, Transformation and Innovation constitutes an integral part of Visa s Human Resources organization and reports to the Senior Vice President of HR Operations.

Basic:

12 years of work experience with a Bachelor s Degree; 10 years of work experience with an Advanced degree (e.g. Masters/MBA/JD/MD); or a minimum of 5 years of work experience with a PhD

Preferred:

* 15 years of progressive experience in end-to-end product management in software or web technologies

* Extensive experience in building and/or architecting a custom HR & Learning platform with multiple integration requirements, either in a start-up or corporate environment

* Extensive experience leading large scale technology implementations that support an employee and partner audience

* Experience in product management or design in internet products and technologies

* Strong knowledge of HR & Learning solutions and related business process technologies such as content management, digital/eLearning, virtualization modalities (VR/AR/MR), HR & Learning analytics and APIs

* Excellent interpersonal, organizational, presentation, and project management skills related to prioritizing and executing timely deliverables within timeline, scope and budget

* Ability to understand business needs to drive consensus among business leaders to enable transformation and advance strategic priorities while building rapport and fostering a collaborative working environment

* Strong oral and written communication skills, with impeccable customer service skills, positive attitude, and display professionally mature behavior in challenging situations; ability to communicate effectively and work with confidential and sensitive information at all levels of a large, complex organization

Incumbent must make themselves available during core business hours.

Travel Requirements

Location is flexible and requires willingness and ability to travel 15-30%.
