Overview

The primary responsibility of this position is to market and sell consumer banking products through the Workplace delivery platform. Workplace refers to alignment with employers to offer Fulton consumer product and services to their employees through the course of employment and benefit offerings as a preferred partner. The incumbent will engage Company Management, evaluate financial product and service needs, and determine the appropriate Fulton solutions to address those needs. Present appropriate product and service offering, negotiate terms and direct placement of products with the respective client under an arrangement that is mutually beneficial. Responsible for establishing new workplace banking relationships, and maintaining and growing existing relationships; while adhering to broader consumer and commercial segment strategies.

Position covers the Delmarva region.

Responsibilities

Essential Duties
Build and maintain knowledge and network of suitable employers within a designated region, engage existing consumer and commercial clients via referral, local businesses, employer groups and community organizations, identify and research workplace banking opportunities
- Develop and implement plans to market FFC Workplace products and services to existing banking clients, specified employer groups or in general within the community, partner with internal business development (consumer and commercial sales) regarding broader initiatives
- Engage clients to gain understanding of goals and objectives, analyze and determine employee banking needs
- Determine which FFC products and services will meet determined needs, develop comprehensive solution package including product mix, implementation sequence and timing
- Negotiate and finalize terms of agreement with client, ensure integration through engagement with local Branch/Financial Center and other applicable internal departments, ensure success of product installation and performance
- Maintain appropriate level of engagement with existing customers, monitor product performance and client satisfaction, identify and execute on relationship growth opportunities
- Advise and coach local Branch/Financial Center staff regarding product implementation and ongoing delivery, including onsite enrollment and marketing events, product identification and fulfillment
- Monitor, document and present Workplace Program performance to consumer and commercial segment management
- Execute all duties in accordance with established internal risk and compliance processes, and all applicable legal and regulatory requirements

Qualifications

Education
Bachelor Degree or the Equivalent Experience. Specialty: Business, finance or other applicable. (Required)Experience
3 or more years Banking or financial services. (Required)
3 or more years Sales, including presentations and engagements with senior managers. (Required)
