Job Description:

Manage and investigate all accidents and near misses

• Schedule and lead required trainings to ensure on-site compliance


• CompleteRisk Assessments for all critical functions at the site


• Manage all safety audits, meetings and Drive for 5 initiatives


• Review data for trends and develop plans accordingly

Required:

• 4+ years of experience with OSHA and CALOSHA


• Experience with accident investigations and root cause analysis


• Strong training/ communication and computer skills

Preferred:

• Certified Trainer in safety related field (ASP, CSP, Hazcom, First-Aid)


• OSHA Certified (30 hour in both OSHA and CALOSHA)
