POSITION SUMMARY:

We are looking for a highly motivated Help Desk Technician to join our quickly growing nationwide IT Team! The Help Desk Technician lives our values by providing outstanding customer service and support for our enterprise hardware and software infrastructure, a critical engine that drives our organizational performance. Located out of our Blue Bell, PA Headquarters this position will provide hands-on experience with PC hardware and software systems, Apple mobile device platform and network infrastructure technologies.

ROLES & RESPONSIBILITIES


  • Provides Help Desk support to entire enterprise
  • Manages and prioritizes all Help Desk issues and requests in the Help Desk system in a timely manner
  • Provides outstanding customer service by providing lifecycle support for our enterprise PC and mobile device platforms
  • Support internally developed business systems
  • Champions IT policy and best practices
  • Utilizes active directory to manage user accounts
  • Focuses on issues resolution, user satisfaction, and escalates appropriately as needed

SKILLS, QUALIFICATIONS AND EDUCATION REQUIREMENTS:

  • 1-2 years of general technology experience
  • College degree or 4 - year technical degree preferred
  • Knowledge of Microsoft Windows 10 and Microsoft Office applications preferred
  • Experience with Apple Mobile device platform preferred
  • Basic network infrastructure skills
  • Ability to work effectively in a large, nationwide Help Desk team
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
