Duties and Responsibilities:

Verify signature on check matches signature card
Dollar amount is properly encoded

Use of Wausau AIR/EPM system to complete daily review of High Dollar
Verify signature on check matches signature card

Use of Wausau AIR/ EPM system to complete daily review of Dormant accounts.
Verify signature on check matches signature card
Verify deposit entries to dormant account check/cash
Identify why account was removed from dormant
Review and validate daily special reports.
Completion of Research as requested, including items from prior acquisitions. Research requests include branch, customer, search warrants and third party such as attorneys and subpoenas.
Completion of Adjustments to Customer and GL accounts as required.
Entry and maintenance of research/adjustment data into FACTS database system.
Request of adjusting entries from correspondent banks, including JP Morgan, Federal Reserve, First Commonwealth and BNY Mellon
Reviews and clears items in the Research & Adjustment general ledger to ensure timely adjustments are made.
Processing Canadian items daily from US Bank, including calculating the exchange rate, charge Canadian item processing fee.
Calculate amount of same day settlement with FCB and initiate wire transfer.
Complete step of printing bond redemption sheets and comparing to government reporting documents.

Assist in the training of new department employees as needed on all aspects of specific departmental functions.
Provides assistance to Deposit Services Specialist I – Research and Review
Assist various Deposit Operations Supervisors with implementing annual Business Plan projects as needed.
Involved in compiling data for the monthly productivity report.

Physical Demands
Operates a keypad device, operates electronic equipment and operates office equipment throughout the day. The primary parts of the body involved in performing these tasks are the finger, thumbs, hands, legs, lower and upper torso, and feet. The job requires a cycle of body movements which includes reaching above the shoulders, bending and twisting and standing, sitting and walking throughout the day. Must be able to occasionally lift and/or move up to 30 lbs. Use of manual dexterity skills for typing, and data entry up to 75% of the business day. Specific vision requirements include close vision of 18”-20” and depth perception for computer work. Frequent uses of extremities to stand, reach, kneel, or bend throughout an eight-hour shift.
