OVERVIEW
Provide excellent service to our customers in store and over the phone by responding to their order concerns, researching customer inquiries, upselling, and making outbound calls as follow-up. Communicate with a variety of audiences, both within and outside the organization. Communicate with Web management team daily. In daily communication with store associates ensuring the store is running smoothly and efficiently while maintaining store presentation and motivating staff to meet sales goals. Running day to day operations of the store making sure the store has necessary supplies and resources to be successful. Take the lead in escalated customer service issues and maintenance issues. Collaborate with other businesses. Merchandising experience a must.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
In case of pandemic - navigate unknowns in unprecedented times to create a curbside pickup program and establish safe procedures for handling in store customers and transactions. Anticipate these procedures over the next year
