Our Client is looking for a Skilled Program Manager who has experience working in a fast-paced work environment. This position will partner closely with the business management team lead and will manage the day-to-day operational facets of the business and incubate/manage new strategic programs that are focused on operational excellence, people and culture, and enabling an inclusive work environment.
Responsibilities
Responsibilities:
Interface with clients on technical and business issues from project initiation through delivery.
Drive program/project schedules and status reports.
Create and/or review multiple functional specifications that will be used as tools in making decisions as to how the product or service will be implemented.
Provide Product Managers & Product Unit Managers with technical and/or analytical information.
Organize cross functional activities ensuring the program/project is completed on schedule and within budget constraints.
Qualifications
Qualifications:
5 years minimum experience managing a large-scale technical business in the areas of program management, strategy planning, and business operations.
Highly organized with experience managing complex projects and programs for multi-stakeholders and cross-functional team initiatives
Demonstrated strong business acumen with solid verbal and written communication skills.
Ability to excel in ambiguous, fast-paced work environments and navigate uncertain situations.
The ideal candidate will have a strong bias for action with a proven track record of conceptualizing and implementing innovative solutions to key business operational
