An exciting and rewarding opportunity has recently arisen for a Coordinator Surgical Services in Central New Mexico. The Coordinator Surgical Services will have a ton of growth opportunities within this accredited hospital and system.

This small, beautiful Joint Commissioned facility will be a great place of work for the Coordinator Surgical Services. The hospital has some of the most state of the art technology that the Coordinator Surgical Services will have access to. The hospital is a cornerstone of patient care for the community's delicate populace.

Reporting directly to the Manager of Perioperative Services. The Coordinator of Perioperative Services will be a beacon of guidance for this close-knit team. This person will be close to the top of the chain of command at this accredited facility. The Coordinator will be supported by the OR Charge Nurse and circulating RN's. 

This small OR department will see a variety of services. The Coordinator of Perioperative Services will oversee general, orthopedic, and inpatient/outpatient surgery. The OR Unit prides itself on having a highly educated staff in order to collaborate like a well-oiled machine.

The Coordinator of Perioperative Services should have strong operations experience, as they are expected to hold the service line to a high standard in order to increase revenue. The Coordinator’s main objective is to initiate specific strategies to implement growth within the employee satisfaction of the unit. As the Coordinator of Perioperative Services, you will be the forefront of positivity, ensuring that you are creating an engaging environment that fosters success and education.
